About

Queen Central is a new condominium development located at 100 Queen Street East and comprises 34 stories and approximately 26,405 square meters of GFA constructed overtop a three-level underground garage. The project will contain 369 residential units with 372 square meters of retail and proposes to retain the existing heritage elements to maintain the cultural heritage value of on-site and neighbourhood heritage resources. 

Citi-Core Construction Management is engaged as the Construction Manager for this project and is working alongside the QM Developments LP (Parallax) team to bring this project to fruition.
